Donate blind calls to charity

Isn't there a better way to make use of calls we did not wish to make? What if the first name in our list of phone contacts was a number that belonged to a charity and when that number is called the cost of the call is donated to that charity? With people forgetting to lock their mobile phones and accidentally calling the first person in the list of contacts, I think that's a brilliant idea. Instead of paying the carrier for a call we did not wish to make, we donate the cost of the call to a charity.
