Ok, a new research promises to make golf balls with the right dimple design so that they fly farther and make your drive more powerful. They use aerodynamics to lower the drag golf balls encounter as they fly through the air. Too bad this ball research can never be applied in other sports and the tools they use. You see in some three-letter sports drag is good as it creates more grip and friction and the more friction the more pleasure for the athletes and players involved :)

Make every room connect to the bathroom with intercom so you can talk to the rest of the house from there.

Make sure the bathroom door closes automatically either with the press of a button or using voice recognition. You'll thank me for it when you'll have to hop out of the shower or pop out of the sheat if someone comes in suddenly

Build the bath tub exactly beneath your bed. Let me describe it better. The bed will rest on the bath tub. Press the button and the bed splits open to the bath tub below.

Those who hate it getting out of bed to shower in the morning they can fall right into the bath.

Matching socks detector

Sometimes people like me will grab any pair of socks to wear even if they are of different color. I wish my socks had some kind of tiny wireless beeping device on them that would beep every time I didn't wear a matching pair. It's function can be simple. Every time a sock's matching pair is not within a distance of one meter it would beep. This way it would also help me not to lose socks.

Why will people pay so much money to own or see the painting but not wear it? The world is fascinated with the painting but won't turn the melting clock design into a melting watch for people to wear on their wrist :((

Nuclear missile graffiti

Should a nuclear missile have drawings on it and if yes should the themes be happy and peaceful or sad and catastrophic? Who do you think is in charge of nuclear offence design, men women or gay people? Should the design be more explicit? How can we explain the phallic shape of nuclear missiles? Is it the work of a ribald female mind or that of a lecherous gay mind? Or simply the work of the narcissist male brain?

Is this fashion??

I don't know maybe it's just me. I saw this shop front in a supposedly upscale lingerie shop. What's the zipper on the face supposed to be? I'm curious to know if people who are into kinky stuff really think this is actually kinky or plain silly. To me it's totally tasteless and in total opposition to the rest of the lingerie they sell in the shop. Whoever put it on display in the front and got paid for it must have been high on drugs or something that day. If not him, then whoever paid him.

Dog-Peek, add a hole for sniffing

I thought of a small innovation to the Pet Peek window design. Dogs love to sniff and have a more developed sense of smell, thus a small opening for the nose to protrude would make it more fun for the dog as it can see and sniff at the same time. On the company's website we are told their product won the 2006 Silver Medal Product Excellence Award. Why not poke a hole and hope for the Gold next time!

Obama Sushi

Eating Obama for Sushi. The concept would have sold well in Europe and the Middle east under the Bush presidency. Sushi is easy to eat with the hands too, so the Arabs would have loved to eat Bush. The Obama Sushi will probably sell well among Republicans in the US, wouldn't it? I guess they are the ones who would love to eat Obama alive. Since they can't do it politically, the Japanese give them a chance to do it gastronomically! :)

If you can do it on Sushi, why not on other foods too? I can imagine a new industry that gives people the opportunity to eat anybody they want for lunch, dinner, snack or breakfast (lol)

Carpet Sex!

Is this carpet sex-friendly? I am sure most people never ask that question when they buy a carpet for their homes. But that's a mistake I think. Imagine you enjoy having sex on the floor. You might realize that what looks good to the eye, doesn't feel right. The texture is rough, the surface hard, it bruises the skin and leaves marks. A new concept in designing carpets that considers people and Especially women who enjoy sex on the floor would be a great new idea in the carpets market. The concept is to make carpets that are soft and gentle to a woman's skin and slide and stretch with the rhythm to avoid creating bumps. Rugged Sex in his place, YES! But be treated like a pet by your man's carpet...

What is the toaster-teapot product all about? Make tea and toast at the same time? That's efficiency! How many people make tea and toast at the same time? Very very few, thus custom-made products! In addition to mass-produced gadgets and products, why can't we have custom-made ones that improve efficiency and are made to suit personal taste and individual needs?

Sometimes a particular need that suits one individual could be turned into massive commercial success with the right kind of marketing and advertising. Even to this day, however, products are designed to meet the needs of the masses.

I suggest that we complement business thinking not just with niche market products but also with products and gadgets that are ordered by customers in order to satisfy personal taste and individual needs. Business will counter that the costs to making them would be too high, but I disagree.

If it is to be custom-made, ordering of the parts and raw material and manufacturing of the product begin only after payment has been made. What you need is a team of very experienced engineers and designers who upon receiving the order they can then put it together by knowing what parts to order and where to order them from. In the online age we all live, I think this is possible! What's your view?

Bag stools for hotel reception desk

This is a photo I took at the ANA hotel in Tokyo, Japan. I had not seen bag stools in any other hotel I have been to in Europe or in the US. Instead of placing your bag on the reception desk or on the floor you can place it on the stool. It's nicely designed and also very handy and practical!

Why don't they make church seats more comfortable?

If the Church wants people to stay to the end during longer ceremonies why don't they make seats more comfortable? I think that if seating at the Church was more anatomic people would come more often and stay longer. In addition to good artists that make beautiful religious icons, I think the Church should also hire better seat designers

What is the obsession with having church seats made from wood? If a big fire ever breaks out in a church all the seats will burn like wood in a fireplace
