Watch the clock

Why will people pay so much money to own or see the painting but not wear it? The world is fascinated with the painting but won't turn the melting clock design into a melting watch for people to wear on their wrist :((

Why pretty women envy plain-looking women

Women who are pretty and draw their self-confidence from their good looks envy plain-looking women that are popular because it makes them realize that to be popular you don't have to depend on looks. Drawing your popularity from your good looks is extremely stressful because it is a constant race with time. Personality goes a long way and is less stressful no matter what the time!

Paralysis as a powerful training aid

We all know there is no such medicine you can take that will cause selective local paralysis for a limited time in your body. But if it could be invented, I think it could be a useful training aid. Neutralize for a week your left brain and train yourself to think with the right one. If you're an athlete, paralyze temporarily your right hand or leg and learn to shoot the ball or dribble with your left. Blind yourself for a week and increase your capacity to use your other senses, smell, hear, touch etc. The concept is to train by tricking your innate survival skills to come to the fore.

what if the soap or gel we use to wash our hands and face could also be used to stop us from having to shave every day? I don't know if it's possible but I was thinking that if a chemical substance existed or could be invented that can stop the hair on the beard from growing when you apply it to the skin, then we could control the growth of the beard just by washing our hands and face. This way we could shave time and save hair!

do you think that if it was possible to invent such a harmless chemical, then razor companies might try to stop such research because it would reduce their profits or drive them out of business?
