Public toilets in most places are crap but there's an easy way to make some things in them more functional. You will receive the opposite of your iQ, a positive Qi as they call it in Feng Sui, if you place toilet paper in the door handle right in front of you rather than have it on the side or in the back. If Feng Shui is about arranging objects to help people achieve their goals, this is a master arrangement. Just make sure there's enough space between the door and the handle so that the toilet paper rolls smoothly. It's also handy if someone calls you and you need to take notes in a piece of paper :D

more efficient use of toilet paper

every time we leave the task of rolling toilet paper to manual, we use more than we need. an automatic toilet paper dispenser that locks in the amount of paper to be rolled and cut would be a good product idea for savings on the paper's use by adults and children alike. each family member inputs in memory the desired length of toilet paper that they think is right/optimal for them. the gadget should be designed and marketed for use by everyone and not be seen as an aid for disabled folks only.

Shouldn't all deodorants be spray based?

I think spray deodorants for the armpit are more hygienic than roll on ones. A roll on deodorant comes into contact with the bacteria found in the armpit and also hair in the case of men. While all deodorants contain alcohol to kill the bacteria, the alcohol can evaporate easily if you forget to put the lid on. With spray it is also easier to lend your deodorant to someone else to use it, a friend or boyfriend etc. I've always been curious, why don't they make them all spray-based?
