why not broadcast it online? viewers can pay a small fee and hospital and medical equipment suppliers will pay larger fees to advertise directly. if you don't have insurance and can't afford to pay for the surgery, there's nothing wrong letting the public watch. some viewers will be medical students and learn not to repeat mistakes when something goes wrong and you die. at least you won't die in vain or leave your family in debt.

baskets with scanners
a way to save time is to put scanners on supermarket baskets to show customers the total cost of all items in it. this way customers would know if they are about to overspend and when ready they just pay at the cashier or swipe their credit card on the side of the scanner for faster payment.

The 95% rule! Want a good credit score fast?
Does paying the full amount on your credit card every month make your credit score increase the fastest? Yeah??
No it doesn't. Your score goes up but that's not the fastest way it can go up. You must always leave a minimum amount unpaid. How much? Say the total you owe is $100 and this month you must pay a minimum of $5. Don't pay the full amount even if you can. Just pay $95. This will raise your score faster than if you paid the full $100. Banks reward their making some money too you see. Most people don't know about it!!

How to cut down a pirate's pi/e/
The best way for companies and governments to recover the huge amounts of ransom money paid to Somali pirates is to use inter-pirate rivalry to get the money back piece by piece. Here's the real story first:
"Pirates seized the Sirius on November 15. A $3.5 million ransom payment, down from the initial demand of $25 million, was dropped by parachute onto the ship Friday, but the pirates delayed the vessel's release after the drownings. Other pirates on the shore wanted a tip from the pirates on the Sirius Star, so they started to fire in the air as our people approached the land"
Going from $25 million down to $3.5 million is great savings but $3.5 million is still Sirious money. Wanna have a pirate's pi and eat it too? Here's what you can do. This is a Sirius proposition after all.
You negotiate with a rival team of pirates to give them the $3 million and you keep the $500,000. You actually hire them and sign a contract with them. It's all about enticing them to really go after their own ilk. You give them immunity from any prosecution if they fetch you back the $500,000 they get to keep the $3 million which in effect has been money-laundered and can be used tax-free anywhere in the world! Or so you say to them anyway :P
But before they get to use the money and as soon as that first contract is signed, you immediately start negotiating with rival teams of pirates to steal the money from the pirates who held it last. As the process of signing successive contracts and watering down the initial amount goes on, at some point you will have recovered the full original amount paid in ransom and in the process you will also have gotten rid off of most pirates.
I see no problem signing second-time and third-time watered-down contracts even with the same team of pirates if you run out of rivalries. I also see no problem agreeing to cover funeral expenses for any pirate losses incurred and sibling re-trainings in non-pirate activities. Somali funerals are cheap and sibling re-training in non-pirate activities means that spouses and kids will be taken off piracy!
Take it from a pirate. Deceit is the language they can understand. You better use it if you want to speak the same language and get your work done successfully and not put your men in harm's way :)

Does a smile worth paying for?
Imagine companies decided one day to charge for servicing us with a smile. Press 1 if you would like this service with a smile (small charge applies). Press 2 if you don't like to be served with a smile (get a discount). Press 1 and a beautiful Colgate-smile will soon be with you. Press 2 to save money. Why do we take it for granted that people will serve us with a smile on their face?
A smile doesn't pay for services so why do we expect it from others? They say we should all pay our tax with a smile. I tried...but they wanted cash!! Now that they made me lose my naivete, I am wondering. A smile is worth nothing to the government when you give it freely. But it might be worth something to the economy.
When people are sad and depressed from losing their jobs and dreams, going around with a smile is economic viagra. The government should make my smile tax-deductible and lower my taxes. Fine, you want cash?

Thank you, IT WAS a lovely dinner...
I think we can all agree that Woody Allen is right about free sex being the most expensive sex when the man pays for dinner and the woman isn't kind enough to pay back in kind. They say women are kind creatures but how kind are they really when they will deny late-night kindness to their dinner provider??
I noticed women are extremely smart when they thank the man they will not be kind to after dinner. They will usually say to the guy who gets the bill Woody Allen style, "Thank you, IT WAS a nice dinner". I don't know if it's just me who noticed it, but the women who won't pay back in any kind manner will probably never thank back by saying "Thank you, YOU ARE so kind". The way I see it, both statements are polite, but only the second is full of promise!
If the girl says, "Thank you, YOU're so kind" that's the green light for a big smile on my face while I'm thinking at the back of my mind what my chances are to say something like "It's been My pleasure and if you like I can show you some more of it tonight!" without ruining the moment. To really say the line I must know that the girl has humor. If she doesn't I will probably prolong the smile and only say "It's been my pleasure really" and try to think hard of another way to suggest my pleasure to her :-))))))
But if she says. "Thank you, It was a nice dinner" then that's cold and impersonal. Any mention of sex, free or expensive, is irrelevant at this point. It's just an expensive dinner.
Those moments I wish I had taken the girl out on a very discreet restaurant that only exists in my fantasy, the kind of place where waiters come to the rescue by splitting the bill before they bring it. Or they ask politely, "would you like me to split the bill" whereby I can jump and say "that be nice, thank you". I really wouldn't mind tipping handsomely the guy for saying it.
But that almost never happens because the concept of a Split-Bill restaurant doesn't exist. It only gets created in my mind when It, Tha Dinner, Was very nice. That's because, when I, I Am soooo kind, the girl's late-night kindness take over all the space in my mind Woody Allen style... :P:P:P
