Any style at Kung Fu (Wushu, Shaolin, Wing Chun etc) is the origin of the martial arts most people know such as Karate, TKD, Kick Boxing.
Which one do you think is the most effective of all in a tournament and in real life?
Of course I would go with Kung Fu which is the mother of all martial arts
